These brown rice cake thins are a great vehicle for charcuterie plate left-overs! These slightly salted rice cakes do well with both savory or sweet toppings. Been enjoying them with vegan cheese and fruit spread. I also really like them with mashed and seasoned avocado and hemp seeds.
