I was surprised at how good these turned out to be. The crust was nice
and crunchy and gives the thin crust experience. Definitely would recommend.

my nephew is #glutenfree so i tried a couple varieties of gf #pizzacrust, including from
scratch. this was the best. it's like a giant soft cracker.
pros - if doesn't stay sit and soggy in the center or get teeth-cracking hard like some others i tried. there are two pizza crust discs in the package.
- it doesn't burn before the cheese gets soft. I ended up turning on the broiler to get the cheese to melt and burnt it instead.
- it holds up to a lot of toppings. i tends to go overboard with toppings (artichokes, bell peppers, mushrooms).
con - not much flavor. still tasted ok. certainly better than frozen pizza.
