My Dad and his entire family is from Baltimore and they never quite accepted that

I wouldn't eat crab cakes 😅 I've always loved crabs, they are so cute (I'm also a Cancer 🦀♋🌜) I tried my first vegan crab cakes at Veggie Grill years ago-- sadly they don't have it on the menu anymore 😭 but these crabless cakes from Trader Joe's are amazing! The Jackfruit tastes very crabby and the seasoning is just right (seasoned like a typical crab cake, from what I can recall). We had them with roasted lemon & herb potatoes and arugula. A phenomenal meal and I can stick to my somewhat Baltimore roots!

Love trader Joe's!! These jackfruit cakes are out of this world! You can find them

on the frozen section, the box has 4 cakes, you can bake them or cook them on a pan with a bit of oil. We added some green salad and add cesar dressing with buffalo sauce. This is a perfect combo. #tierradeanimales

It crisped up really nicely but were pretty bland and not very good. I would

not buy this again.
