For some reason I wanted a taco with wheat flour, I found these ones.

I prepared something similar to “taco al pastor” which is a Mexican dish with meat and a lot of condiments — In here I used mushrooms to mimic the meaty consistency, cilantro and onion (the mixture was already spicy and hot thanks to “guajillo” chili 🌶 so no need for an extra sauce)

The wheat flour tortillas are common in the north of Mexico, in the center and south we normally eat corn tortillas (in many colors 😅)
Because of the Tex-Mex cuisine the flour tortillas have been popular around the world 🌎 now we are used to eat it (but not as a routine) just with some special food like burritos 🌯 gringas or some type of tacos
Is important to read the ingredients 🧐 because for some reason some people use butter instead oil in the preparation 😔 in contrast with corn tortillas — the corn ones are oil-free which is much more healthier 😛

Encontré estas tortillas sin leche, sin mantequilla ni otros ingredientes no aptos. Y muy económicas.
Están de tamaño ideal para mí, y son ricas y suavecitas.

Me encantan las tortillas de harina caseras pero poder comprarlas por falta de tiempo es
también una buena opción, saben súper bien y vienen en presentación de 15 a 30 tortillas. Además son baratas
