A lovely sweet cracker. It has a lovely, crispy, fried texture with an added sweetness of sugar on top. Simple and delicious.
My favorite snack from Mercadona! I just love these sweet (but not too much) crackers. They come individually packaged in a paper sheet and taste amazing with an espresso. If you like the taste of anise (erva-doce) you're gonna love these. For the Portuguese who are familiar with the famous "bolachas da piedade", it tastes the same but like a pastry texture. Absolutely delicious!
Inés Rosales tortas are a classic here in Spain. Made with Virgin olive oil and with the traditional anís flavour. They are sugary but I do like them! As true classics you can find these in almost every shop . A go too vegan treat where ever you are.
