Lite Jalepeno

I have been eating Toby’s tofu pate (nka: plant based dip) for decades. The

lite jalapeño is my favorite. Try with tortillas, carrots, or in a sandwich. My only wish is that it came in a larger size. #madeinoregon

This product was my first introduction to tofu over 15 years ago! It’s a great

egg salad substitute, similar texture and really good taste. I love the jalapeño, it’s got a little heat but not overly spicy. I eat this with avocado toast and use it mainly for dipping carrots or crackers into. It’s a little spendy so it’s an occasional treat!
