these were pretty good. my moon usually buys their spaghetti but i convinced her to try a fun new shape #forthedollar they were a bit overcooked but still good. tinkyada makes pretty good gluten-free pasta. the fresh green beans were courtesy of the local farmers market. sadly the purple breans lose their color a bit with cooking. #pasta #glutenfree

Pasta, 100% brown rice, clean from wheat, FUSILLI.
When I wanted to go gluten free I stared buying this brand from any local health food store. I love the texture of these... IF you cook them right. The directions are to cook for just a couple of minutes and then let them just sit in the hot water. I don’t let them sit very long because I’m always hungry but. I do cook them more into a pasta sauce or daiya cheeze sauce 😋
