This cereal does have lower sugar than others and has chickpeas but I’m just not
a huge fan of this one. Has an odd taste and texture. #uplandspeak

Sprouts had a BOGO sale on Three Wishes prior to the holiday season so I
picked up two flavors I hadn’t tried before. This frosted flavor is delicious! The vanilla flavor is cozy and it reminds me of a typical childhood type cereal but with the crunch of Three Wishes.
I’m a sweet breakfast person (but will happily eat tofu scramble or a breakfast burrito or avocado toast for lunch) so I’m happy when I find items that have extra protein and still taste amazing that sound good for breakfast. I’ve not found a flavor of this cereal that I didn’t enjoy though I must admit my favorite is gingerbread so I’m hoping I can stock up on a post-holiday clearance.
