so, it's nice to have a product that specifically calls out that it's vegan. This is a high quality sauce and tastes as it should.
It's a staple ingredient in the phenomenal version of chik'n katsu (Hawaiian bbq style) that @acastillon has absolutely perfected. This is definitely in my top 3 meals of all time! The fried chik'n cutlet is served with the savory yet sweet katsu sauce, and of course rice and macaroni salad to complete the meal. 😍😍😍
