This doesn't taste how I remember black pudding tasting, which was more herby and oaty. But it still has a nice flavour more on the beany side. Great to have fried in an English breakfast.

Never tried non vegan black pudding but this was tasted great. Decent nutritional value and inexpensive for how niche the product is. I'd say the texture is a little dry so it goes well with food that balances that. From the Vegan Kind online shop :)
Really enjoy this! Super easy to cook and can be used in variety of ways. I’ve used it in fry ups, toasties and even pasta! #veganisnotscary
I've no idea what "real" black pudding should taste like, so can't comment on how authentic this is, but it tastes nice - reminiscent of the vegan haggis which Waitrose sells. Makes a change, but probably don't need a whole packet between two people - would have been better saving some for another meal.
