I was excited to find this coconut rice as I’ve never had a store-bought coconut

rice before. It was fast and easy to heat up. The texture was okay considering it was parboiled and packaged. It was tasty but I wish the coconut was stronger. I topped it with fresh mango and some coconut yogurt and it nice! Though this was a nice product at a bargain I think I’d prefer learning how to prepare this on my own more to my taste.

This coconut rice can be microwaved in it's packaging, ready in 90 seconds. It is

great to have in a pinch when you don't want to take the time to make rice. It is soft and slightly sweet- goes really well with curries and dals. Good serving size for 2 people.
