I was excited to find this coconut rice as I’ve never had a store-bought coconut rice before. It was fast and easy to heat up. The texture was okay considering it was parboiled and packaged. It was tasty but I wish the coconut was stronger. I topped it with fresh mango and some coconut yogurt and it nice! Though this was a nice product at a bargain I think I’d prefer learning how to prepare this on my own more to my taste.
