Saved 83%looking pastry parcel, inside chunky veg and a nice creamy sauce, not dry, and was tasty. Says cook for 35-40 mins, I cooked mine for around 55 then let it stand in the oven for 5 mins. Of course all ovens vary but just be aware it might take a little longer than expected.
isn't very memorable though, but surprisingly big chunks of vegetables.
My only complaint is that the pastry didn’t fully cook. The bottom stuck to the sheet and the top had some raw areas. Maybe my oven likes to mess with me, I don’t know. This parcel was very tasty, though! The veggies on the inside cooked up nicely with the brussel sprouts and cranberry standing out the most. Very tasty 😋
