This frozen parcel has been waiting for me in the freezer for a few months. My only complaint is that the pastry didn’t fully cook. The bottom stuck to the sheet and the top had some raw areas. Maybe my oven likes to mess with me, I don’t know. This parcel was very tasty, though! The veggies on the inside cooked up nicely with the brussel sprouts and cranberry standing out the most. Very tasty 😋
