Tempeh

We are not used to tempeh, but this added a delightfully earthy nutty flavor in combination with the fried tofu

This tempeh is a nice addition to a meal. I like the texture a lot and would repurchase :)

We don’t tend to get tempeh very often but when we do, Tempehsa is our go to. All the packaging is plastic free (sadly, the photo doesn’t look good as it got wet) which we find is a must have for our products. It’s tastes great and the price is OK for the block (R40).

I love this soya Tempeh. I enjoy soaking them over night in a marinade (BBQ or Soya sauce and maple syrup). They cook week in a pan with oil or in an air-frier. It holds flavour well and cooks well.
