Asian Chopped Kit

This salad kit combines great ingredients. The bag size is perfect for me to eat

during one week so no waste.

I think this was the only vegan readymade salad we could find at the supermarket

in Tekapo, so happy to have the option. We were on holiday staying in a cabin and needed something convenient, so this did the job.
Not a bad little salad with the crunchy slaw, crispy wonton skins, almonds, and sesame dressing.
