I like this brand but hadn't tasted this particular bowl because I haven't found a

plant based chicken sub that I could eat without wanting to spit it out. THIS WAS GOOD - so good, I'd love to find out WHOSE CHICKEN IS THIS & do they sell it on it's own?
Plant based chicken aside, I added a little hot water to the bowl to thin out the peanut sauce- which, IMO, is mild in flavor. Yes, there's a pleasant amount of spiciness, could be more, again mo only. I did not find the "chicken" to be tough - quite the opposite, mine was tender. There was "some color" from the veg but not much due to the sauce. I will definitely buy it again. Please don't change the "chicken"!
I was able to pick up this bowl on a 2 fer special. Under $5 for lunch or dinner is a good deal these days.

Not for me! Looks and tastes too much like the real thing- I checked the

box twice and then asked my husband to check. Vegan? I thought I was eating chicken! Bravo to @tattooedchef for creating a delicious vegan microwave meal. For anyone trying to transition away from meat, try Tattooed Chef! I’m not sure all bowls are vegan so check your labels.

Plant based chicken mixed with brown rice, riced cauliflower, carrots, red cabbage, red bell peppers

and green onion in a spicy Thai peanut sauce.

The sauce was nice. I personally would have liked more veggies and less vegan chicken but it’s still a decent option.
