Plant based chicken mixed with brown rice, riced cauliflower, carrots, red cabbage, red bell peppers and green onion in a spicy Thai peanut sauce.

The sauce was nice. I personally would have liked more veggies and less vegan chicken but it’s still a decent option.

Riced Cauliflower (cauliflower, salt), Plant Based Chicken Alternative (water, soy flour, expeller pressed canola oil, white distilled vinegar, yeast extract, sea salt, rice flour [rice flour, lemon juice concentrate], dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, xanthan gum), Cooked Brown Rice (water, brown rice), Peanut Butter (dry roasted peanuts), Red Cabbage, Carrots, Red Bell Peppers, Brown Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol [to preserve freshness]), Ginger, Green Onion, Chili Sauce (red chili peppers, salt, distilled vinegar, xanthan gum), Water, Garlic, Lime Juice.
