I am not giving this very high marks. I was disappointed in the taste and it didn’t look as good as what is pictured on the box. 29 grams of fat with 14 of them being saturated fat. I need to start checking the nutrition instead of just being excited about a vegan product. Fantastic option for an expensive and delicious lunch!
I tried Tattooed Chef’s vegan cheese enchiladas, and they were pretty mediocre. They looked super unappetizing after I warmed them up in the microwave. The flavor was weak with some beans but not enough of a spicy kick from the peppers. (5/10)
Winner Winner Enchilada dinner… this was delicious… I did cheat a tad and added some of my own cheese sauce… the sauce to enchilada ratio was perfect! Not expensive… and since I have yet to master cooking my own enchiladas.. I’ll stick with this …
