I bought this Barley Mylk cause I was curious I wanted to try it. It has creamy texture and a good cereal flavor. It’s somewhat sweet so don’t use it for cooking savory food.

Better than the name suggests! Sweet without a noticeable barley taste. Color is more like chocolate milk
Nice to find another type of non-dairy milk on the market. This one has some emulsifiers and sugar but I’m ok with a little variety. I like the flavour and while I’ll stick with Elmhurst since they have cleaner ingredients, I’ll get this one occasionally.
Wanted to try something different than my usual Oat milk. And this is a great alternative. A bit more pricey so I don’t think it will be my go-to milk but I like knowing there are other options out there.
