This silken tofu seated for long time in my fridge until today when I used

it for a pasta sauce: I fried pan zucchini and onion. I blended the tofu with miso, nutritional yeast, some pepper and garlic powder and mixed with pasta and the zucchini. It was delicious!!!

It is really good. I use it in dessert or to make scrumble tofu smoother.

Mixed with chickpeas flour and kala namak is delicious!

Found it in the English Market, Cork, Ireland.

Long time I did

not eat Tofu. The texture was nice, but it broke in pieces soooo easy, that is something that I did not like. It looked like soup in my plate. Do not know if I cooked it properly, I did it as normal Tofu but that had happened.

In my food I did not feel it at all to be honest. Price was good as far I remember but do not think I'll buy it again.
