Very nice and high in protein! I marinated/steamed it in a pan with the lid on and it took about 15 mins to cook. Included photos of finished product. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely be buying again

I must say that I'm not the hugest fan of tempeh and maybe that's because I'm preparing it incorrectly. I made this tonight, soaked in some soya and fried. I wasn't convinced but after the second and the third and the fourth bite, the taste and texture started becoming more welcomed in my mouth. It will take some getting used to but I'm sure that with the correct cooking technique I will end up loving it!
I can’t say I’m a huge tempeh fan. Maybe I haven’t learnt how to prepare it properly
It's the first time trying Tempeh. It's great. You cannot compare it to soya or any other meat alternative as this just doesn't seem like a meat replacement to me. Instead it's a very nicely textured food that soaks up all the flavours you cook with and is just completely welcome on my plate anytime.
The last time I had Tempeh was at a vegan buffet in Ubud (Bali). So I was a bit apprehensive to buy it this side considering I wasn’t sure I would be able to do it justice 😂 this was a great product though and I will definitely be buying it again. I marinated it before cooking and it was great 🌱
