
I must say that I'm not the hugest fan of tempeh and maybe that's because I'm preparing it incorrectly.
I made this tonight, soaked in some soya and fried. I wasn't convinced but after the second and the third and the fourth bite, the taste and texture started becoming more welcomed in my mouth. It will take some getting used to but I'm sure that with the correct cooking technique I will end up loving it!
