i like that these dates are already pitted, so they make a convenient on-the-go snack. deglet nour dates are usually drier than other varieties like medjool, but these are still pretty plump and soft which i love!

these are bit chewier and more firm than bam dates/medjool dates, but still equally sweet! they definitely satisfy my sugar cravings 👍
