Sweet Earth’s Traditional Seitan is fantastic for a plethora of dishes. I’ve used it for

Philly cheese steaks, enchiladas and, pictured here, on top of couscous with Akadi sauce. 😋 I love how versatile it is, as well as how easily it absorbs any sauces cooked with it.

Sadly I do not care for these seitan slices. The flavor is nothing special, kind

of plain. And the texture is very chewy. I added a couple slices to my sandwich and my jaw felt tired after eating it. Maybe if the slices were cut up and sautéed with additional seasonings and added to a warm dish I would like it better. But I won’t buy this again to use as a sandwich “meat.” There are better vegan sandwich slices to choose from. #abillionlove #seitan #sweetearth

I think these are one of the best seitan (TVP) products out there. I like

the Sweet Earth brand mainly for their burgers and microwaveable foods.
Highly recommend! 🤌🏽
