I try every vegan product, though I knew that Korean style food isn’t a favorite. That said, I enjoyed this offering very much. (This brand used to offer a Vietnamese bowl that was amazing…can’t find it anymore)

Meh. It’s a microwave dinner. The peas-in-pods aren’t great, might be better as just peas.
One of the brands of “mock chk’n” that tastes good and can be used in so many different recipes! We loved 🥰 This Korean Style BBQ Chik’n is sweet, tangy and very flavorful! Worked perfectly in the stir fry rice dish I prepared for meal prep this week! Texture is nice and chewy, shreds easy and perfect for those trying to transition to a plant based diet! This is a really great dish. It is pretty spicy. It has a good amount of food and is very filling.
Pretty good! I love that this chik’n isn’t breaded — nothing against nugget-type products, but I can only eat so many. To me, the seasoning definitely tasted like BBQ, though not particularly Korean. I’ll probably whip up a marinade for the remaining strips to improve their flavor. With regard to texture, it seemed better when I allowed the shreds to cool slightly before serving: I often find #mockmeat chicken a bit too soft, but these firmed up and developed a nice, chewy bite. I actually liked them best straight out of the fridge (ah, the convenience of fully cooked!); they’d probably make an amazing chik’n salad sandwich with the addition of some vegan mayo! I just wish they were a little less expensive. Made not so far away, in the coastal community of Moss Landing, CA.
