A new product for me. The dumplings are perfectly sized, fully stuffed, and firm. I
think the firmness might come from the noodle; I normally eat rice noodle dumplings. The sweet potato noodle seems thicker.
I cooked them in a nonstick pan. They are a little dry, but since they are normally eaten with a dipping sauce that is not an issue.
A good H-mart find!
