Vine tomatoes have become my new favorite. They stay fresh longer on the vine, so they're great for when my kitchen gets hot and humid in the summer. These are a great size for tomatoes. Usually I go for the small snacking-sized tomatoes, but these are a really nice in-between. I really enjoyed these on a Kirkland Signature everything bagel with some Trader Joe's cream cheese, fresh basil, and Love That Olive balsamic for a wonderful morning caprese! This is one of my favorite summer breakfasts, and these tomatoes get the job done. Juicy, plump, greenhouse grown tomatoes. Smell and taste the herby flavor.
Shame they come in plastic, as these tomatoes are fabulous. They are always consistently good and the perfect in between size that can work well both for salads and sandwiches (and just eating on their own).
