Smoked Tofu

I was really impressed with this! Finally I found a tofu that has lots of flavour, even if it's not cooked. Found at Metro in Montreal

My go to tofu for when I need to substitute smoked meat in pasta sauces like carbonara, amatriciana,.. . (My 65 years old, meat lover father said that he never tough tofu could taste so good!)

I prefer plain tofu but my partner really enjoyed this smoked tofu, which is harder to find in Canada than in the US.

Un très bon tofu qui est prêt à manger ! Difficile à trouver par contre.
