I’ve tried so many brands of gochujang 😂 but this one is sweeter than other brands I’ve had. A staple, so versatile for any stir fries and soup!
Gotta love gochujang! I add this to so many dishes now and it makes everything taste amazing. For example, my sticky gochujang eggplant as shown in the last photo, which is heavenly.
Wasn’t sure what I was expecting it to taste like since I’ve never had gochujang before. I got this at Fairprice Finest. I expected it to be slightly sweet but it wasn’t and I don’t know how to put the taste into words. I read other reviews that said this tastes like the classic Korean gochujang so I’d say go for it! Made fried rice with this and it tasted great.
