I'd seen Sue a handful of times at various events in southeast Wisconsin, but never bought anything. Saw her again this past weekend at the Holy Hill vintage festival and flea market. It was raining and I felt bad for the vendors, so wanted to patronize them this time. Plus I had never had anything made with Carolina Reaper peppers. This was very good! Definitely on the high end of the high end of the heat index for me, but I knew that going into it. Carolina Reapers are around 1.5 - 2.5 million Scoville Heat Units (a jalapeno is usually under 10,000 and a habanero under 350,000 SHU). I'd definitely try some of her salsas again.
