I haven't had corn tortillas in quite a while because I so prefer flour ones, but chose to try these as I have been trying to eat more anti-inflammatory foods. I have to say they were a SUCCESS!!! Super tender, subtle corn flavor, and good with a few different fillings I made. I just wish they weren't almost double the price but half the size of larger wheat ones, feels like taking advantage of the "gluten-free" angle? 2€ for a pack of 10. #refugiotheanimalacademy #kimberleepower #veganisnotscary

This was fantas-taco! 🌮 Delicious supermarket tortillas bought to make tacos and they held up well, even with my over-filled tacos! 😅 I’d love to make homemade tacos some day as I do have the ‘Maseca’ flour at home! 👨🏽🍳 I filled these tacos with vegan quorn broken pieces, peppers, avocado and a some vegan mayo!
