An unusual ingredient is watermelon seed flour. The 7 g of saturated fat in a serving makes me present it on #SaturatedFatSaturday while it's #snackSunday elsewhere in the world.
I'm only in the US for one more week so of course I'm curious to try #veganproducts that I haven't yet tried! It's fun to treasure hunt at the various health food stores I discover wherever I go. The health food store I bought this in is called Hoku, (which meaning shining star in Hawaiian). I think it's actually my fav on the whole island if I had to choose. Such a good selection, good energy and reasonable prices! The last time I shopped here I tried these chocolate #donuts and was impressed so I needed to try more flavors. I like them ! They are made from very wholesome ingredients and are low in calories. They probably borderline too healthy for some ! Don't expect a real donut and keep an open mind and I think most people could enjoy this. It's not very sweet ...but sweet enough and I loved the #strawberry cakey quality texture of the donut and the icing was real nice! I think I just have vanilla to try next and the set is complete ✅
