Well, it does taste like 100% dates! That's a good thing for me as I

love them. Worked very well in a smoothie, I'm sure it can be used in any way honey or even maple syrup would be used. It doesn't taste like honey though, in case anyone is hoping for that.

It's a little bit sweet and I would say this is more like a date

puree than honey but it makes a good spread all the same. Its perfect on a sourdough bread #greyton

I love that it's in glass and not a usual glass you'd find. I was

looking for a sweetener for my oats. This wasn't it for me. Any ideas what I can use this for? Smoothies perhaps in the summer? Vegan Hunny made from apples is my go-to for oats. Or agave. Wanted to try something new. It's a no from me.
