This is the second vegan breakfast option I purchase for my husband. He loved this one! He told me that the “steak” requires a bit of imagination (he is an unrepentant meat eater and I’m on a plant-based eating mission to shift that paradigm). The flavors and texture were great. As with the other option, this has way too much sodium for me and I would pass on this meal if I had purchased it for myself. I just annoy consume this much sodium in one meal. I prefer as little sodium as possible - none would be best - as that is something that can be added to one’s preference but cannot be removed. I have the same issue with sugar…. Overall, this was a success and I’m making vegan, plant-based eating an easily accessible option for my spouse to help him transition. We are making progress!!!! I’ll keep this on hand to help him give up all his previous choices.

Love these bowls. There’s a lot of salt so I don’t eat them every day, but when you’re in a hurry, they’re really good.
got this for #SteakAndBjDay. a bowl provides 12 grams protein, 2 grams fiber, 15% DV for Iron & Potassium. high in sodium at 780 mg.
This was super quick to make. My husband (who isn't vegan) loved it. Very filling. Will be buying again.
Yum! So happy to find a vegan breakfast scramble with textural differences. The seasoning had kick without too much spice, and the stea'k tasted great. I also added some Chao Mexican shredded dairy-free cheese, and it was delish!
