Fennel Consomme

I wasn’t sure how I’d like this soup but it is so yummy! I added

small cubes of tofu to give it a little more heft, so to speak. #uplandspeak #veganisnotscary

Perfect size perfect taste perfect everything was splendid spoon!! 

Delicious dinner to end the day. Thicker than a soup and thinner than a stew,

the flavor was not too heavily fennel, but beautifully balanced. Easy to hear and eat.
