I don’t normally eat gnocchi that often as I find it to be heavy but I came across this in Lidl thought would try it. I made it with vegan pesto and some green veggies and vegan grated cheese. It turned out quite nice would have again.

Sarved with some vrgan mozzarela over them and some tomatoes. The thing is done fast!
I usually make my own gnochis, but then I found this and I gave it a try as they are more convenient. I really like them, but the basil and the spinach only are there to give flavour
