This made a great snack with tortilla chips. Simple and clean ingredients. I thought it would have more protein with edamame being the first ingredient though. I enjoyed the texture and tangy taste, but I personally didn't find it spicy at all and neither did my husband ..but we eat a lot of spicy food! I did think it was a little bit too salty as well. My sister said she found the perfect dupe recipe so I'll probably try making this on my own next time.. so I can reduce the salt and swap the canola oil for something healthier. This would be great for the summer!
