Saves so much time over mincing fresh garlic. Keeps flavor for months in fridge. Great product. Doesn't taste much different from mincing fresh garlic and saves so much time.

We HAVE to buy the giant jar. Garlic goes faster than hotcakes in our house. Love how easy this is to use and not have to mess with cloves.
I also use fresh garlic bulbs but you just can’t beat the convenience of this minced garlic! I use so much garlic that I go through this large size fairly quickly. The one downside for me is that it’s in a plastic jar and I would prefer glass. I can’t find the large size in glass. #dentalandlentils
It is good to find a minced garlic made up of just a few ingredients, and no dairy. Alone the garlic does not taste great, but added as an in ingredient to a meal it is nice to have on hand. #garlic
