This very fine gluten-free soy protein powder dissolves very well in my smoothies.

You don’t need fancy #proteinpowder ✨ I prefer this because I get to choose how I get to have it. I’ve recently got into the habit of having #overnightoats with berries & such — previously though this was my #smoothie staple. I find that it mixes better in cold water, oddly. Otherwise in my oats, it just magically seeps through overnight. A cheap and affordable source for #veganprotein 💪
Hubby bought this to boost our proteins intake. I run out of soy powder milk and decide to be adventurous to add it as a substitute for my hot cocoa. No, no, no. Definitely not a good mix. The soy protein sank to the bottom of the cup. As suggested on the packaging, it works best with shakes and smoothies! The taste it’s particular but not bad at all just have to get used to
This was my first time trying soy protein powder (I've always used pea protein before). On its own, it doesn't have much flavour (it kind of tastes like a bland soy milk) but is really nice when you add things like cocoa powder and flavour drops to it. It's also not expensive like most other protein powders so it's very value for money. Overall I would recommend you try this out, especially if you're struggling to fit more protein into your diet :)
