A very cool spicy cheese 🧀 I was afraid this would be too spicy for

me since it's made from ghost pepper but combined in the cheese I can actually eat it without burning my tongue. It has a nice amount of spiciness for an additional spicy kick in regular cheesy dishes. I grate this cheese 🧀 or cut it into bigger slices, it is good on its own but particularly tasty melted. It can be used on pizza bread or lasagne, well I guess I need more ideas for what cheesy dishes to make. It's made in India 🇮🇳 unfortunately quite expensive at $15 from Eat Roam Live. I got it on clearance sale. #ditchdairy 🧀

I always wanted to have yellow colour cheese so when I found it in natures

basket I got it. It was spicy to taste and has unique cheese flavour. When melted it’s loosing flavour completely. So this tastes best when used without melting or half melted. Currently I am using it for sandwiches and sausage salad.

Bought this cheese at the recent vegan market in town, made with cashews, potato starch

and coconut oil. The cheese is very nice and creamy when I used it for my pasta. The spice level is moderate but truly is a creamy cruelty free treat when used in the right cooking conditions.

The texture is crumbly when dry but you can grate it with minimal pressure over your food. Full marks to try and bring it to the real deal.
