I was excited to try this, especially on homemade strawberry rhubarb crumble (vegan, of course).

It was a bit of a letdown though - the ice cream, not the crumble. For whatever reason I thought it would be creamier and not "thin". Also, I usually enjoy warmed desserts with chocolate dairy free ice cream. Vanilla Bean didn't do it for me.

This box contains 8 coconut milk vanilla wrapped in chocolate sandwiches (wheat). Just like the

ones I'm used to, except, I am extra happy to not hurt cows. Each sandwich is about 5 inches and is full of vanilla coconut ice cream. These are seriously silky, creamy, airy good! Can't get enough only about 100 calories each and 30 mg of sodium per ice cream bar.

This one is ok their cashew milk very vanilla is by far their best .

But the coconut milk ice is good also #Veganisnotscary

These are definitely delicious! I love coconut so I didn’t mind the coconut taste, but

my brother who doesn’t like coconut complained about it. The vanilla bean flavor is great, though.
