Ho trovato questi cappelletti in un supermercato di Amsterdam e subito ho voluto prenderli perché in Italia non sempre riesco a trovare prodotti del genere. Devo dire che mi aspettavo di meglio ma per un pranzo veloce e buono sono perfetti. #cappelletti #amsterdam #vegan #vegetables

These cappelletti were a good option, for a change. I liked them in a vegetable broth topped with vegan cheese (mix of grounded almonds, nutritional yeast and miso paste). Give it a try! Expensive: €3,89 at Jumbo. Packaged in plastic #plasticisscary and carton. Nutrionally not too bad.
It’s a really good option for vegan cappelletti, the texture , the filled is tasty and nice , my only point against it is that is a little bit expensive . The ration is good for two persons ( but I can’t eat pasta , only a little bit ) and the second plate (3 picture ) was perfect for my man . I cooked it with oats half heavy cream and mushroom, and for me I added oven broccoli 🥦, I love it.
