It’s a really good option for vegan cappelletti, the texture , the filled is tasty and nice , my only point against it is that is a little bit expensive . The ration is good for two persons ( but I can’t eat pasta , only a little bit ) and the second plate (3 picture ) was perfect for my man . I cooked it with oats half heavy cream and mushroom, and for me I added oven broccoli 🥦, I love it.
