Bought these at Costco for my husband's slow conversion to vegan eating. It turns out
that I like them more than he does. They're just so crispy and delicious. They're great in sandwiches, but I also like them as a side or on a salad.

I've never heard of Skinny Butcher before, so it was a nice surprise to find
these at Costco! These chicken fillets cook up really nice and crispy. Their breading has a good peppery seasoning to them, and honestly almost reminds me of KFC, (except you won't feel disgusting afterwards). 15g of protein isn't too bad either!
We wanted to make chicken parmesan, but didn't realize our Miyoko's liquid mozz had expired, so we just threw this chicken on top of some pasta and called it good. I would definitely get these again! They seem really perfect for a sandwich, or you can cut them up and put them in a wrap or salad.

Tried these at costco and i honestly they are some of the best “chicken” I’ve
ever had. When i was not vegan i loved chicken tenders and this for sure hits that craving for me. Crispy with meaty texture
