This comes in two forms of packaging, one of which is a plastic container similar to Bragg nutritional yeast's capped plastic jar. This product is a great source of minerals and B vitamins, the perfect complement to my 1000 mcg B-12 supplement (taken every other day). This pouch contains 127g, about 25x5g servings. Purchased for $5.29.

This is one of our favorite powder seasonings! It's a really good substitute for parmesan cheese for pizza and spaghetti! We love it on almost any main meal! Especially rice! 🥰
