Firm, with slightly more water content than Simple Truth's extra firm tofu; although, I feel they both hold shape very similarly while cooking. Extremely cheap at my grocery store. Good source of protien.

I mean personally tofu is tofu for me. And i love tofu. But I'm just happy that Kroger has this for a decent price. Before I moved north my closest store only had expensive tofu so im really liking this simple truth brand they have at kroger. It seems they have a lot of cheap or decently priced vegan foods. I think this is one of kroger's own brands but I'm not sure.

Tofu tofu everyday tofu. Firm? I go for extra firm usually, but you know what, sometimes ya gotta loosen up a little, ya know? This was one of those days. Tofu scramble for me! This was yumm-y! Chicky chow chicky chow!
