I was so excited to try these chicken-style pieces I forgot to take a decent pic 😂 When you slide off the cardboard it looks exactly like on the green side chicken. Nearly identical in texture but the taste just sliiightly misses the mark for me

These are fantastic. They are quite sweet so you need to be conscious of what you pair them with but the texture is incredible.
Love that Checkers keeps releasing more and more vegan options. This was so delicious. We wrapped it in some tin foil and roasted it in oven for about 15 mins and it came out really soft and tender. Will definitely buy again.
This is definitely something I'd recommend, it's a bit overpowering with lemon and the amount of spices, for those who does really like a deep zest this will definitely be pleasant for you! I would recommend adding some thyme. This product is available at checkers and if I remember the price is about R65 (+-). Definitely recommend it though, there's one other flavour, I'll try it next :)
Delicious, tender and flavourful, definitely met up to my taste expectations. Good portion, not too hard on the pocket either. I used them to make wraps with rocket, baby lettuce, rosa tomatoes, fried garlic brown mushrooms and BWell vegan mayo 🙂
