Wanna try something new in your smoothies? This soy protein beverage is excellent. It’s super

rich thick and creamy.
I enjoyed it with my matcha drink which ended up tasting like a milk shake. I’m also going to try and use it in recipes requiring heavy cream to see how things turn out. Pleasantly surprised with this one. #ditchdairy #protein #smoothies

I got excited and really happy to see Silk now has a soy milk option,

20 grams of protein per serving beats the other brands with less than 10 grams. Also is cheaper than the rest, at least at Publix supermarket.

I love this and will probably keep buying it forever. I do struggle with protein

sometimes, so having something tasty, affordable and accessible is really important to me. It’s around $4 for 7 or 8 servings, and tastes way better than any protein powder I’ve ever tried.

Very original concept from Silk! Hadn't heard of this product before, but I noticed it

in the store and had to try it. More expensive than the non-protein milks of course . . . but potentially cheaper than using your own protein powder. The taste was very poignant, so I don't think I could drink it straight up. But since it is very creamy, it works great in smoothies or milkshakes. There is much more sodium in this than other Silk milks, just something to know if you have to watch those stats.
