The great nacho experiment continues 🧀 The Silk brand mozzarella gave me a waaaay better melt than Violife. I thoroughly enjoyed the texture and taste (though yes, my nachos need more toppings 😅). They were out of cheddar, hence why I used mozzarella for this but, tbh, it wasn’t strange at all. I receive great recommendations on my last nacho post so if you know a cheeze I should try, let me know!

I had pretty high expectations with this one because I really enjoy Silk’s products but this one was just okay. It does the job but I will not purchase it again…
I tried this shredded mozzarella sprinkled on a salad and the taste was great. It’s creamy and has a mild mozzarella flavour. Will purchase again.
Probably my favorite shredded cheese. I find it very creamy and like the mild taste. At our local IGA it’s kept near the soy milk, not in the “veg-zone”
