The great nacho experiment continues 🧀 The Silk brand mozzarella gave me a waaaay better melt than Violife. I thoroughly enjoyed the texture and taste (though yes, my nachos need more toppings 😅). They were out of cheddar, hence why I used mozzarella for this but, tbh, it wasn’t strange at all. I receive great recommendations on my last nacho post so if you know a cheeze I should try, let me know!
